My Role

As the UI/UX designer on this project, I was responsible for conducting thorough competitor analysis, designing intuitive user interfaces, and collaborating closely with the client to bring the vision to life.

Project Overview

This project involved designing a comprehensive platform to connect homeowners with local service providers. My focus was on creating seamless user experiences for three primary user groups: homeowners, service providers, and the platform's administrative team.

Design Scope

The design scope encompassed the core platform components, including:

• Homeowner Website: A user-friendly interface for discovering service providers and accessing their services.

• Service Provider Dashboard: A dedicated platform for service providers to manage their profiles and customer interactions.

• User Account Management: Comprehensive features for both homeowners and service providers to manage their personal information, preferences, and service history.

• Super Admin Panel: A robust dashboard for the platform owner to oversee service providers and analyze platform performance.

Design Process

By conducting in-depth user research and competitor analysis, I crafted intuitive user flows and visually appealing designs. The design process prioritized user-centricity and aimed to create a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Design Outcome

The resulting designs, showcased in the Figma link given below, provide a glimpse into the platform's user interface. The focus on clarity, efficiency, and visual appeal enhances the overall user experience.
